Our dry aged, slowly grown, classically trimmed leg of Goat is ideal for that special alternative Sunday lunch.
Grass reared and not rushed our Lamb is hung a little bit longer than most allowing the flavours to
intensify, we suggest an intensive 20 minute “sizzle” at 230 degrees followed by a period at around
160 degrees to suit the size of your joint, let it rest for at least half an hour before carving and enjoy
a drink with your guests.

Deliveries:
*We Deliver orders over £40.00 free every Thursday evening within 12 miles of the farm and accept orders until six o’clock on Wednesday night, we charge £10 delivery for orders under £40.00 which we appreciate making a pack of sausages expensive so encourage orders with free delivery of why not come to the farm on Saturday morning, say hello and collect your meat.Click & Collect:
